The profile and quizzes collect answered signals for CoHabby's versioned compatibility heuristic. Here is the four-step flow:
1. Sign Up Free
Create a CoHabby account on web, iOS, or Android. There's no payment for seekers and account setup in the app. A phone or email is all you need.
2. Answer Lifestyle Questions
Profile and quiz questions supply personality, lifestyle, interest, housing, professional, and preference signals.
3. See Synergy Scores
Eligible profiles show a 0–100 Synergy Score only when both people have enough valid answers. The category breakdown summarizes stated alignment and differences to discuss.
4. Message High-Synergy Matches
Chat stays in-app until you choose to share contact details. Check the app for current access terms, and start with topics raised by the pair's answered signals.
What the Synergy Score Measures
The Synergy V4 evidence-aware pair read uses 14 progressive questions across six categories. A score appears only when both people have enough evidence. Synergy summarizes stated compatibility and evidence to start a conversation. It is not tenant screening, a safety check, lease eligibility, or a prediction of how living together will go.
Personality
Your MBTI result contributes a personality signal. This category does not directly measure communication or conflict behavior.
Lifestyle
Answered daily-life signals such as sleep, cleanliness, guests, pets, smoking, drinking, social-at-home, diet, and work-from-home habits.
Shared interests
Interests plus answered music, movie, book, and travel preferences. Shared interests can offer easy conversation starters; they do not guarantee lower friction.
Housing
Answered budget, property-type, move-in, and housing-quiz signals. Location narrows discovery and does not change the Synergy score.
Professional alignment
Current industry and career-level answers. Remote-work rhythm is represented elsewhere only when the relevant lifestyle question is answered.
Preference match
Answered noise, space, room-sharing, and amenity preferences. Treat hard dealbreakers as questions to confirm directly.
