CoHabby does not currently perform background checks. The platform focuses on lifestyle compatibility matching. We recommend meeting potential roommates in public places and doing your own due diligence before signing a lease together.

Not at all. CoHabby is for anyone looking for a compatible roommate: students, young professionals, remote workers, people relocating to a new city, or anyone who wants a better living situation. The compatibility quiz covers lifestyle factors that matter across all age groups.

You can delete your account from Settings in the app, or request help at cohabby.com/delete-account. Account deletion permanently removes your public profile, listings, photos, quiz results, Synergy data, and account credentials. Your identity is removed from existing conversations; message history may remain available to the other participant and for safety or legal obligations.
